This Female Private Investigator has made a difference in Nashville Tennessee. A fugitive from justice has been apprehended. It all started the week after Christmas. I heard a friend was having a lot of trouble at work with the new HR Director. The 53 year old woman began firing people her first week on the job. She began telling the staff that she was in charge. There are 2 partners in this company. One is silent and the other one hired a HR Director then left town leaving the staff to deal with this woman. Apparently, the woman provided her own background check to the Nashville employer. The employer normally runs a statewide background check but that would not have mattered because the new HR Director was using a phoney name. So as a favor to my friend I got involved. I pulled a background check on this woman, within minutes I could see we had a criminal. There were some unspecified charges on her report so I started calling other states to ask about this woman. I called every town where she had ever resided. I found a warrant for skipping out on Parole in 2012, and warrant for identity theft. She also sued her former (construction industry employer) for discrimination AND WON! However, the claim has not been paid yet so I called the employer and let them know she had filed the lawsuit under a fictitious name. I also called some of her old neighbors. One lady gave me another employers name, I called, the fugitive had filed a law suit against that employer as well. In less than 4 hours I had enough information to put this woman back in jail. I called the Parole officer in the other state. I began working with an Extradition Officer in the other state. They went to arrest the woman, she yelled mistaken identity, she could not provide any ID to prove who she was so the Metro Officer had to leave her alone. She said she would file a law suit against Davidson County if the officer falsely arrested her. So we had to get photos from the other state. So the Extradition Officer in the other state sent photos to the Extradition Officer at Davidson County Tennessee Parole Board. After the photos were received I followed up with the Extradition Officer in Nashville Tennessee. Within hours of my call the fugitive was picked up. She told a staff member “hide my purse” as she was being arrested. After she was gone, the staff member gave the purse to the now back in the office boss, he called Metro to pick the purse up. Why did she want her purse hidden? She had her fake ID in there along with prescription drugs bottles with the false name. I do background checks for a range of prices. A background check is only as good as the company behind it.
Private Investigating is easy when a client owns the vehicle. The we can use a tracker. I recommend the Spy Matrix Pro GPS Tracker. It is real time tracking with a very short delay when used properly. This can save time and money for the client. This investigator uses a tracker like the one shown below in and around Nashville Tennessee regularly with great success.
I enjoyed this case so much for several reasons. First of all, a very worthy opponent this stripper was. Here goes the details. I was on the lake on a Friday afternoon enjoying the beautiful spring sun. A call came in from a PI colleague saying this case started out just making sure a woman was picked up at the airport by the female cousin. However, a male picked up the subject so the client wants us to follow. I said I could be on the road in a few minutes and headed back to shore. Basically my task was to drive through every hotel in Airport area to find the car driven by the black male. I began at 4pm. I quickly circled each lot soon realizing there was no vacancy anywhere. A big event must be in town I thought because of all the cars. I went online and noticed to stay at the Downtown Holiday Inn was $389 for the night. That means there will be no rooms downtown. So I called the client to ask when did these reservations get made. He told me 48 hours before the flight. I said well she did not get a room downtown. I asked him if there was a credit card in use. He checked, the subject had just purchased a dinner in an area north of airport. Further, the subject had just called and said she was at WalMart. Well I know the area very well so I knew we had a chance. I left the downtown area making it to WalMart within 15 (record breaking) minutes. I did not find the car there so I kept looking. At 9:00 pm I rolled into a lower end hotel to see that beautiful tag number from the car at the airport. I was so relieved. I parked, took integrity shots, got out, mingled with the parking lot full of young people. Turns out there was a sports tournament and a marathon in town that weekend. There was a really nice blue nike sweatshirt laying right beside the car from the airport. I picked it up, it was brand new. Maybe it was just purchased at WalMart by the couple as it was right beside his car??? I kept it. I used it for the whole case. It was like a gift from God. It has a pocket in the front where I kept my camera because at one point during the surveillance it was raining pretty hard. I do something called “show um the colors” which means when I have lots of footage, I know the person is caught, it’s over, I will drive right by them with camera in hand. I do this to people who run, follow me, try to run me off the road, and other stuff that makes a case exciting. I feel I owe to them to let them know they were right. I thought, hey if we go to court I will wear this so they will know how close I was (show um the colors.) So, back to the hotel, I sat there till 10:50 pm. I expected we would have no movement during the night so I took close photos of the car making sure to be able to prove it wasn’t moved then went home.
Next day I was there at 7am, I went to take integrity shots of the vehicle. This car had a sparkly paint job making it look different colors depending on the light. While I was walking around the car I noticed some paperwork in the back seat that had the words “Honorable so n so” I was like….wholly crap is the a freakin judge? I am so out of here. I don’t want any trouble. I text my PI colleague and say…hey this ain’t no male stripper. Is this guy a judge. Meantime I start researching on the internet. Not a judge but yes and attorney. My PI colleague calls to tell me, the male subject is an attorney and a stripper. Wow. Wow. Wow. What a interesting combination of careers. So I settled down for the wait. During the morning, the female subject emerged from on of the rooms to take a call from her spouse. For all of you with smart phones, check out Tape A Call. Tape a Call allows you to email the conversation but keep in mind if you erase it from your phone, the email link is dead as well. Back to the story, the couple checked out shortly before check out time. The male driver immediately began offensive driving to evade. He pulled right out of hotel over to empty parking lot. That’s okay, I never moved. He went right, I cut up behind some buildings just in time to see that he only pulled across the main road to make a U turn. I thought, Here we go. Some people try to avoid by pulling over, getting on freeway then going to turn around however, I have done this a lot. What I do is pray. I pray God help me do a great job. Then I am patient. I think. Sure enough they went right back by. So great. The rest of the details are private for now because I bet this case goes to court. It ended with the couple back at an airport hotel checking out at 10:45 am. She caught her flight back home. It was a great case for this Nashville Female Private Investigator Renee Brewer. I am so thankful for what I do. It is hard on a person finding out their spouse is cheating. Be positive the hurt gets better pretty quickly! I’ve seen it.
Big case in Mt Juliet. Wife of a Nashville business man claims she just doesn’t love him anymore. The business man has had her followed by other PI’s over the past 6 months to no avail. The female subject was living in the couple’s second home. There was only one way into the subdivision. The first night I watched her she drove her car at a high rate of speed to evade me. After I withdrew from the chase, she turned around and began following me. The female subject was getting right on my bumper. I drove to a secluded area and turned off into a driveway. She drove on leaving me bewildered at her lack of regard for personal safety on the road. I sat there a few minutes, then proceeded out of the long private driveway. Boom, there she was again behind me. I could see clearly there were two people in the car. They appeared to both be female. I finally lost them on the interstate. I told the client No Thank You! I do not need this kind of pressure. A few weeks later the business man called again asking me to please reconsider taking the case on again. I decided to give it another shot. I was sitting 4 houses away from the female subject’s house. There was a slight drizzle all afternoon so on the drive over there I had my headlights on. Not realizing this I sat there and ran the battery completely dead. Thank the Lord I have family in Mt Juliet because I called my brother-in-law. He was there in 10 minutes jump starting my car. Don’t you know right when the car started she pulled out. Yes! What I have yet to mention is I had several people sitting around the area as look outs only. Then my brother-in-law was able to block my car while we jumped started and he buffered me on the way out. Her final destination was a movie theater. A normal driver would have taken one left, one right, immediatly over the bridge to Providence Mall, then left into the Mall. Nope, not this lady. She went straight to the dead end, took a right, went 2 miles, took a left, then another left, then drove back 2 miles, then left putting the movie theater on the right. However, I lost her in all that driving but I had an idea of what she was doing plus I know the area very well. So thinking the only thing that made sense was she just doubled back to go the Mall, I searched the Mall. BINGO! Parked at the movie theater. Yes! So I wait the 2 hours. Hello darlin’ walking right in front of my car with your boyfriend on your arm. They make their way over to the NY Pizza where all the outer walls are wide open glass. MMMM so good. I watch as the couple love on one another. Isn’t young love beautiful? Well excitment is the atmosphere at the moment and who would have thought it could get better. I look around and I see my relatives have came by to do some shopping. I tell them about the conclusion of this case being good for my client. I said well I have to go because I want to be at her house to document what time she gets home. I drove back to the subdivision of the female subject and parked. I noticed her big wooden gates on the short driveway were open. I didn’t see them open when we left. The gates were not open the last time I watched her. She was always parked in the space between the big wooden gates and the end of the driveway. At the time I did not think much about it. I sat there about 10 minutes, then I called my relatives. I was telling my relative that I am leaving now because I see the female subject’s vehicle pulling into the driveway. My relative said, “no, I am still looking at her but her boyfriend left a few minutes ago.” Wow wow wow, that means the man with her was probably pulling into the driveway going behind the gate. So I immediately pulled forward and took down his tag number using my video camera. I call the tag out as I get the recording. He pulled his vehicle parallel to the house in the backyard. By parking his vehicle this way, it could not be seen from the street. I was so excited to know that the female subject was still at the pizza place that I screamed outloud. The client had suspected there was another man now we had the proof which was about to get even better. I kept my relative on the phone until he told me she just left. I waited at her house for her vehicle to approach. Since I knew I had the evidence and she had chased me, I took some pride in showing her the colors: Meaning, as she pulled into her driveway I slowed down simutaneously rolling my window down so that she could see my camera.
